Christophe Beck reunites with Shawn Levy
Christophe Beck reunites with director Shawn Levy doing the score for his new comedy, Date Night, starring Tina Fey, Steve Carell, Mila Kunis, Mark Wahlberg, James Franco, Mark Ruffalo and Ray Liotta. The film is about a married couple whose romantic evening turns into something completely different due to a case of mistaken identies. 20th Century Fox has the film scheduled for release on April 9 next year. Christophe Beck previously scored four comedies for Levy: Big Fat Liar, Just Married, Cheaper by the Dozen and The Pink Panther, but was not involved in the two Night at the Museum movies Levy directed. Those were scored by Alan Silvestri.
Christophe Beck’s other upcoming films include Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Chris Columbus’ new fantasy movie based on the bestselling books by Rick Riordan.

Great, I think that Christophe and Shawn are a great team. Night At The Museum have good scores but I think they shouldn’t get apart. Big Fat Liar and Cheaper By The Dozen has good scores.
