bountyhunterComposer George Fenton reunites with director Andy Tennant to score his sixth film for the director, The Bounty Hunter. Just like their previous film, Fool’s Gold, The Bounty Hunter is a romantic action comedy. The new story is about a bounty hunter (Gerard Butler) who learns that his next target is his ex-wife (Jennifer Aniston). The film is produced by Madhouse Entertainment for release by Columbia Pictures on March 19 next year. Fenton’s previous projects with Tennant include both epic films Ever After and Anna and the King as well as lighter material such as Sweet Home Alabama and Hitch (where Fenton’s score was rejected from the theatrical release but later reinserted on the DVD of the film).

George Fenton’s involvement in The Bounty Hunter has been confirmed by the addition of the film’s title to his resumee at the official Gorfaine-Schwartz Agency web site.
